I didn't start out moving heavy weight. I started out as a 156 pound cross country runner. When I realized I wasn't going to be a professional runner, I made a decision: I was done being skinny.

I took control of my physical state and built myself up to a 230 pound powerhouse. Today, I walk into the gym and execute a lifts at 2x my bodyweight. I don't just teach the science of building an empire; I live it every single day.
